I have created a little video to show you how to use a light Kettlebell to warm up your body for, Girevoy sport or general weight training.
It can also be used as a stand-alone circuit, though you may want to use a heavier Kettlebell.
The exercise order is:
Two hand swings
One hand swing
One arm cleans
Overhead press
Swing into catch
Swing into catch squat
Halos
Windmills
Around the body
Around the body with catch
Around the body catch squat
Goblet squat curl
Do about 10 reps of each
