Back again with a slightly different challenge.
Its using two kettlebells instead of one to do your training.

If you are new to kettlebells and know all the movements just use one and do one side through then go onto the other side.

This weeks workout consist of:

Double kettlebell snatch
Double kettlebell squat
Double kettlebell clean
Double kettlebell press
Double kettlebell swing

Start with 5 reps of each and add more if its too easy or choose a heavier weight (but make sure you technique is spot on).

Complete 3-5 rounds, keeping breaks at a minimum
